Sadly, it is not the Government Accountability Office that makes the decision on Bergdahl.

It is the US military and the Commander in Chief.

Does anybody really believe Obama will chance another scandal by permitting the military to file desertion charges against a soldier for which he (Obama) gave up five terrorist leaders?
