Did not. Drove my car. Parked in front of the stalls on the side in front of the big building. A couple of cars were clamped as they were in the middle (you'll know what I mean if you go) and there are signs saying don't park there between 09:00-16:00. No fingerprints. 2000 baht or $40 at Laos side. Friendly IOs on both sides. -
