On the other hand the studies show that the top 5 countries with the highest average I.Q. are all Asians in this region, higher than their western counterparts.

And how does that address the original comment of 'perceived lack of intelligence among our host country people (namely 'Thais') . The figures also show that S.Americans have a higher IQ than most sub-Saharan countries. So what ?

What you allege was not proven at all. Those figures relate to the average IQ which is meaningless particularly as the "research" for one of your links was 10 years old in 2010 and the other did not even include Thailand on it.
