Dry, red, burning eyes on long haul flights ... local products for prevention?

Recently I had a real bad problem with eye irritation from environmental conditions of long haul airplane flights. I mean it was really, really bad. My own case might have been made worse from extreme cat allergies (other passengers who have had exposure to cats shedding their stuff into the air, etc.) but I reckon it's mostly the DRY AIR of the plane responsible.

Anyway, curious here about what products are sold in THAILAND to help prevent against such a bad reaction. Not planning another long flight soon, but I'd like to know what is sold here for the next flight.

EYECARE

They don't call it the red-eye flight for nothing. Long-haul and particularly overnight flights can leave you eyes dry and painful and an eyedrop matching the pH of healthy tears is an essenial on-flight carry-on.

If it is severe, the usual saline solutions may not be enough; try Oculosan if they don't provide enough relief.
