Wow. There are well over 100 developments around Bangkok. Probably closer to 500 judging by the MLS monthlky magazine. Your question really kinda suz.

Head to a Thai bookstore and buy MLS magazine. Its in the Thai language, but if you want to spend 15 million on a home, im sure that wont be a problem to you.
