"The police then arrested the rest of the gang members..."

One thing very consistent in many of these stories;

The apprehended always rat out their confederates.

Given the fact that it is so common, one would think it would be an obvious deterrent to commiting crimes...

Good use (or non-use in this case) of punctuation in the headline. One false step could've given a whole new meaning.

Yes, it seems the general high-standards and ethics of loyalty that one would expect amongst petty thieves and bag-snatchers has sunk to deplorable levels. I guess the only thing worse would be if they aspired to careers in banking or the fascinating world of politics.

Thumbs up to the pattaya police,i see a lot of bag snatching going on in nakula from the russian and german tourists.

sad part is the snatchers use motorbikes so gone in a flash,which resulted with uniformed police being in presence but only for a week or so,i just hope that it is the same gang which was arrested.

2 amazing points: (1) Some doofus walks around with $5000 in his wallet. (2) The money was actually recovered (thus proving that the victim wasn't lying). Well done!
