Just started exercising as I need to slim down and lose weight. So to stay motivated, I'm thinking of buying a bathroom scale.

Does anyone know where I can buy one?

TESCO also has a good selection and quite cheap. I check them against the weight I get at the doctor's every few months and surprisingly accurate. Around 200 to 250 baht.

Central or Robinsons sells them...

I concur with this recommendation. We bought one from them and it is still going strong 6 or 7 years later. Only had to replace the battery twice in all those years and we use it every day.

Yes, there are cheap ones but they will not last like a good one will. In Thailand always buy the best items you can afford otherwise the cheap Chinese stuff will only last a short while before it has to be replaced.

Most digital scales have a choice of lb or kg.
