Register sole trader business for graphic design

Hello all,

 

my girlfriend (thai national) can do some graphic design work for a friend in Germany.

He has a registered company there so for an official cash flow (invoice etc.) he said she needs to have a registered business in Thailand.

 

So my girlfriend is thinking of registering a sole trader business for that. The monthly income would be less than 10.000 Baht.

What steps she has to do or are there other ways to do?

She can register a sole-trader business (in Thai 'buk kohn tamada') at her local Tessabahn office.  The registration cost is about 80 baht.

Sorry for this stupid question, but as she's living in Bangkok the Tessabahn means her local district administration?
