Boots stores usually stock this but Proctosedyl sups are similar and more commonly available.

Have purchased Equivalent of Benzyl Benzoate at the local pharmicies also Suppositories are readily available so you shouldnt have any problems unless it the language barrier thing, in that case get a thai to go along with you,and you do the gestures and let the thai translate.
