somebody knows a condo for sell under the real market value aprox 20% ( real market value is the price you can expect if want to sell within 3month,and not dreamers prices)

all locations

size a good studio in good location or 1 bed any location (or doubleunit)

F-quote preferd , thai name i buy only if super bargain

payment 3 days

commsion is small due to i buy for small price

but a 10000.- i pay if i buy

i need only info what condo? size? floorarea? view sea or none?

special renovation if aplic.

for empty shell i must not visit can tell price direct

 

pls foorget offer like cheap in nirum for 700k or karat for xx...please real offers !!!!

 

maybe you know somebody want to leave quick and want to sell quick

price  until 1,5  is big and special maybe 2,0 mio

I suggest that you increase your commission, as 10,000 baht is only 0.66% of 1.5 million.

 

Most agents would expect 5% for a condo.

I wonder if he wants a unicorn or a flying pig with the condo, he should read the obituaries and buy from the grieving families

yes an agent charge from law 3%

 

i ask for a private sell, maybe somebody knows ,so that is not an official commsion, thats just a thank you for know the condo is for sell, an agent can charge the seller.

i give a present to any person ho knows something,and thats not agents , maybe "commision hunters"
