DTAC website for Aircard usage (Balance)

Featured Replies

Ever since the latest "upgrade" when the English language pages were replaced by Thai ones, it has become increasingly difficult to obtain the balance, Baht and hours, remaining in ones account (without phoning *101* or whatever)..

Just by accident I discovered this link eservice.dtac.co.th/InternetSIM/profile.html?lang=eng which works after login and requires no other input. The result is a clear table, all in English, listing the money remaining in the account and the time.

Interesting. The link https://mydtac.dtac.co.th/dashboard/PrePaidDashboard gives me a good summary also in English. Not sure why there are two versions?

Yes it does upper right is the tag for english - only problem I have is it won't open ether page 5 days out of 7 for the past few months. Overloaded or just offline? just the chance of seeing the page is only about 20% at best.

Maybe depends on network used? I always get it to open on DTAC and TOT ADSL networks.

Not sure what it is - I never had isse until maybe June, but it is working today.

Interestingly the web site mentioned by o/p is the only way I can cancel existing packages on the web site using the CANCEL button. Thanks to the o/p for alerting me to this site, I wonder why DTAC couldn't? Now I don't need to waste time contacting them each time I want to cancel a weekly plan.

On the other web site page (https://mydtac.dtac....rePaidDashboard) it doesn't work!
