It seems that there have been no increases in fees since April; which doesn't really surprise me as it is in April that the government usually increases the fees.

Which makes me wonder why this statement has been issued; a PR stunt, perhaps?

"Look at us being kind and not increasing fees."

Yeah, no increase now, but what about next April?

If the past is any guide, expect above inflation increases which, for most categories, will increase even further the gap between cost and fee and so the profit made by the government..
