Sperm test and fertility hospital in Bkk?

We've been trying to have kids without luck for a few years. I'd like a recommendation on a hospital for a sperm check, that would also do other fertility work that may be required. I'd prefer a place where middle class Thai go, as opposed to the upmarket hospitals like Samitivej and Bumrunggrad. I don't need English speaking doctors. Thanks in advance.

Try Police Hospital, we were recommended to there. As it turned out circumstances prevented us from continuing, but I did have a sperm test there.

Nawabutr Clinic

Jetanin Clinic

The first being I believe the less expensive.
