Hi, i recently arrived in Thailand and i have a room near a busy street. I want to find a way to block the street noise. Panels, drapes? Anybody knows a shop that can help me in Bangkok?

Buy a large fan with a high setting. Set it at the foot of the bed aimed at you. The "whoosh" will cover up a lot of the noise (once you get used to the whooshing noise) and you'll find you can make do without the air conditioning.

You will get used to it. I think the fan option is your best bet. Or keep music playing in the background. But honestly, you will adapt. I used to live across the street from a fire station. Did not even notice the sirens after a month.
