ableguy Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 Can anyone explain the difference between a red cha note and a none red chanote , looking to buy a house what should I know about chanotes.
TheCruncher Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 (edited) As far as I'm concerned a Red Garuda chanote is building land, while a Green Garuda Chanote is in a restricted zoning. It may be allowed to build on it but certain restrictions apply. If you look to buy a house you should look if it has a tabien baan, as that means a building license was given.
