tuky Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 PCN have taken the Carrefour lights matter up many times, but to no avail. Does anyone know if they have ever worked? Pattaya_Fox Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 Same with me, they are usually flashing or turned off....just chaos...never seen them working properly i.e. with red lights and proper traffic flow. There have been articles/letters in the Pattaya Mail about all the accidents and the problems since the store opened and Pattaya council were supposed to have made a study of the situation last year....but still same same!
