webfact Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Bail Bondsman scammer arrested in front of Pattaya CourthousePATTAYA: -- A 42 year old woman, who had promised the mother of a prisoner, she could secure his temporary release for an agreed fee, was arrested by Police in front of the Pattaya Provincial Court on Thursday afternoon.Khun Kemtong aged 50, had earlier reported the alleged scam and explained that her Son had been arrested and was due to appear in Court earlier this week. Outside the Courthouse, she was approached by Khun Tipaporn aged 42, who claimed she could secure a temporary release of her Son in exchange for a fee.Khun Kemtong handed over a total of 100,000 Baht but her Son was not released as promised.
