Shoe repairs?

A friend of mine wants to re-heel an otherwise good pair of shoes rather than throwing them away and can recall seeing a little man somewhere providing this service but cannot remember where it was.

Has anybody seen such a service locally? Any help would be very much appreciated.

In behind Overbrook Hospital on one of the corners. There is a couple that operate a shoe repair business out of the back of a truck. I have always found them to do good work. I sorry I can't give you better directions.

There are several repair stalls around. I have found the guy opposite Bandu market (over the footbridge) at the bottom of the steps to be excellent and inexpensive. He seems to be there every day.
