before you add water to them so you can eat them with a spoon easily? i ask this because my noodles have this very strong affinity with the floor and it is an exceptional feat indeed not at some stage for some noodle parts to end up on the floor or table. i can go months between achieving the feat of totally all consumed noodles. it is so rare that i make a mental note of the last times. it is rarely updated as noted (sigh)

edit: scrunching usually takes place before i open the packet

Not being a native speaker, I was confused about the meaning of to scrunch.

Google came up with:

scrunch
skrən(t)SH/
verb
  1. 1.
    make a loud crunching noise.
    "crisp yellow leaves scrunched underfoot"
noun
  1. 1.
    a loud crunching noise.
"Charlotte heard the scrunch of boots on gravel"

No. But I normally drain my instant noodles and eat them dry. So maybe that makes it a bit easier to eat. If I broke them up first it would be harder to eat with a fork

"In China, long noodles symbolize a long life. So you should never cut your noodles—that means you're cutting life short. Instead, you should slurp up long noodles up without breaking them..."
