You have to hand it to Sven -Goran Eriksson if there is money to be made by being a mediocre football manager he's turned into an art form.

He's parted with Guangzhou and been appointed with Shang East Asia ,as their new manager, on a reported salary of 3.8 million quid.

The urbane , Aramani suited Swede at his press conference said its a dream come true (how many times have we heard that)

He is probably the highest paid manager of all time when you add up his contracts and has made more money from being sacked than any one I can think of.

At the age of 66 you would think he has had his time in the sun but enough is never enough for some.

With a glass of champagne in hand he stood and looked out towards the horizon, then spoke in that higgledy-piggledy Swedish accent: ‘You know Kaiser, I like this place.
