I am currently looking at taking up an Australian based contract to do work in several countries across Asia the Americas and Europe.

The first two locations will be in thailand. I would like to register the business in Thailand and employ about 10 Thais to work for me. Once the work had been completed in Thailand, I would like to take same workforce to other countries. Returning to Thailand every 3 or 4 months for a break.

Any advice on Thai legalities would be appreciated.
