Where could I obtain a new set in Bangkok (my former was lost in a minor accident). As I am based in Kamphaeng Phet (long story) I would prefer an online retailer, or at least a phone order. Any help appreciated.

Most people use passports/ ID cards for this purpose.

I've seen a small stall in MBK selling personalised dog tags. I think it was on the same floor as the mobile phones but can't be sure.

Otherwise send simon43 a message as I remember him selling dog tags years ago. He may be able to point you in the right direction.
