2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Condo

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

Does anyone or know of anywhere thats renting out a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo either in or within easy walking distance of the old city?

I know someone will say check the properties page / search the net etc. but am just wondering if anyone knows any well priced ones in the area thats not obviously advertised openly (or if anyone on here is renting out).

looking for a bargain - 6-12mth rental.

Thanks,

eddie

My educated guess....the 2 bathroom part of this will be the limiting factor. From what I saw when looking, 2 bedroom wouldn't be a problem. Two bathroom would be more difficult. I suspect you would have more luck finding multiple bathrooms if you expanded your search to houses that are somewhat outside the immediate city limits.

Actually, you can find 2 bed/2 bath condos in older building with units that were originally two studio units where the owners bought two side-by-side and converted them into a 2 bed/2 bath unit. Look at Nakorn Ping, Srithana and Hillside Condo 4 buildings, perhaps others.

If you are interested in new stuff, a bathroom per bedroom seems to be the norm, but the price, if you want to be near the old city, is probably 4,500 THB/sqm. or higher, which isn’t really a bargain compared to old stuff.
