Cheeky Flasher sought by Pattaya Police

PATTAYA: -- Pattaya Police are currently searching for a man, thought to be a Thai National, who exposed himself to a group of people and then began to play with his genitals as they took pictures, which were later posted on Facebook.

The bizarre incident occurred in an alleyway behind Pattaya Third Road and behind the Apichart Clinic in Central Pattaya.

Khun Thitipadcha aged 32 was sitting at the rear of the clinic with work colleagues when a man, thought to be aged in his late-twenties, drove up beside the group on a Red Yamaha Fino Motorbike and exposed his penis to the group who initially found it amusing. The commotion was heard by local residents who came to see what was going on.

The man then continued to expose himself and started to “self-gratify”. As noise levels from onlookers increased, the man gestured to the group to keep quiet. He then covered himself up and drove off. The entire incident lasted less than a minute.

It was only after he left that they decided it was a serious matter (maybe because the performance ended early) ? But before he left they thought it was amusing ?

Could be he thought he was at a different type of clinic and needed to recreate a certain problem he was experiencing ? If his performance only lasted a minute...........

Was this part of the 'Discover Thainess' campaign?

I believe this was a genuine mistake on the part of the flasher, coupled with poor Thai grammar skills.

You see 2015 is 'Discover Thainess' year.

In Thai sounds like 'Discover Thainess' pi.

The mistake was in the grammar, where the pi was placed in the campaign slogan.

Not sure about the accuracy of the pointing in the picture?

Is that the angle of the dangle?
