Where is a good place to buy some cheap toys? Looking for a tiny truck or scooter for a 3yo to scoot around on and some sandbox toys like plastic shovels.

Wander around the back sois of Kad Luang and you will see at least 4 toy shops selling Chinese-made junk toys just like you are looking for. Being Chinese made, don't expect them to last for more than a week or so. But they are cheap.
