any idea about the cost to change ?

Toyota 1,5 litre engine ?

iam just too Young for automatic .. and well the car goes MUCH better with manual gear ;-)

may someone know a garage make things like this to a normal price ?

just use the auto like a manual , instead of leaving it in D.

go through the gears (1-2-3-D) changing when you see fit.

doubt very much if you could easily change an auto box for a manual box , too complicated.

I would think you could easily arange a swap with someone who has a manual transmission. I'd certainly swap my Toyota 4WD drive manual transmission for an automatic and I would pay for the labor for both.

Same here I would willingly change my Mitsubishi grandis manual gearbox for an automatic and like you would pay for the exchange of both gearboxes, the thought of changing an auto for manual turn's my stomuck !

trucker even ;-)

and well .. automatic iss cool ... but boring,

and the car + engine + gear combination is just Lame.

if the engine have 200 horses is ok .. but such a small engine ...

switching down takes forever ... manual switch-down (by button) is not realy trust in..

in a critical situation can this random-delays cost lives ....

same if just release the gas for .5 secounds ... the gear switch up already ...

push gas again cost just gasoline by zero benefit.

Manual has so many benefits; I'd definitely go with manual. The only good thing about an auto is that it's easier in traffic jams. Manual is so much more fun to drive and it gives you greater control over the gears and rpm.
