Featured Replies

So the mother "sells" away justice for her son's death, for 1.2 million baht.

I understand it's the way it is here, but what a disgrace.

According to Phuket Gazette the case has been dropped.

There is apparently new footage thats not in the public domain. I suspect it was a real beat down by the usual 7 or 8 brave Thai's against one man.

some of the truth comes out now.

!!!stab in the neck, revoke bail, now please!!!

murder with intent is different than self defence

?why would anyone get into the middle of a brawl @ 60, pull a knife then claim self defence???

hope u have a good lawyer

Something is seriously wrong with your eyesight, and logic.

Yes, but Thai 'justice' is expensive.

Mark's choice.

He's been cleared by cops and the family, so whys he still paying the family?

"so whys he still paying the family?" - to be "cleared by the cops and the family." :)

Mark's choice.

At 59 years of age, I doubt he could have done the time, if found guilty, which he probably would have been.

So, I guess this limited his "choice."

He had to pay up - or die in gaol.

1.3m?

Dual pricing.

The Porsche driving Thai kid who cut the Lao girl in half, then drove on 10 km with the top half of her body in the passenger seat only had to pay 400k.
