90 day reporting and departing during grace period

Featured Replies

Is the 90 reporting routine necessary if one is leaving the country within the seven day after report date grace period?

Yes !

There is also a "grace" period which allows 90 day reports to be made 15 days in advance of the due date ! smile.png

The 7 days after the report date is only for reporting, Leaving the country is not doing a report. You must do a report before you leave.

Are you saying the 15/7 grace period is only of 'value' to 'reporters' and not 'departer'?

In order to not to need to make a report you would have to leave on or before the report date.
