Seen a few Cars of late that have a sticker in the rear window, right side, with Idea Development on it. Does not have a web address or phone number, just wondered what it is ?

The Russians who built that ghastly Aqua blue, hotel with paper thin walls, (A friend stayed there one night and could hear everything going on in the next room) on Maenam Resort Road, are not doing the business they had hoped... it's up for sale already.... even though there are still many Russians who stay in the Maenam area, but the prefer the resorts by the sea... many of them have small children and prefer that!
