Hello,

I am planning a trip to Koh Samet this weekend with my Thai wife.

Just wondering would it be a problem trying get a bungalow; as this is long weekend as Monday is a public holiday.

The last time I went to Koh Samet was 9 year ago, and there was many bungalows for about 800 baht per/night. I was able just to turn up without booking and just find something. However, that was a long time ago and maybe things have changed.

With only a limited budget I don't want to spend more than 1200 per/night.

And advice would be grateful
