Another tropical storm to hit Thailand from 21-24 Apr

BANGKOK, 19 April 2015 (NNT) – Hot and very hot weather conditions are forecast for 21-24 April 2015 in Thailand with a tropical storm in the northern, northeaster, central and eastern regions.

The Meteorological Department on Sunday reported that a low pressure system in the upper part of Thailand would result in hot and very hot weather in many areas across the country. Another moderately strong high pressure system from China is expected to move over the upper part of the country where the weather is hot, leading to a tropical storm in the four regions.

Thunderstorms, gusty winds and hail will likely hit some areas in the affected regions. The department warns people of the danger caused by strong winds and advises them to stay away from large trees, billboards and unstable constructions
