I stood at "Tony's Riverside Guest House Bar & Restaurant"....

It's right on the last street by the Maeking River, only about 1 minute from Sadet Market. Only 6 rooms, all with river views. The rooms costs very with size. all have satelite t.v.. Wife makes cooks breakfest, and Tony is great guy. They can provide car of motorbike rental as well.
