Nope that is when I like to snuggle up to my new girl, on my new bed, in my new house. Rains a lot more here than in Phuket...because here they haven't clear felled all of the big trees. Lots of birds, and lovely and cool in the evening...

I think a few scattered thunderstorms are completely unrelated. Why they're mentioned in the article, who knows?

Actually on planet Thailand, earthquakes make thunderstorms.

I may have underestimated the duration. It took me a few seconds to realize what I was listening to.

I am away but my wife felt one in Cherng Talay about 12:30am. Much stronger than the earlier one.
