Good morning guys,

After my experience working as sales Manager for a company in Madrid renting condos daily and now based in Bangkok working as assistant Manager for a Tour operator, im thinking about starting my own business.

my idea is to start renting few units in same tower, from siam to Thonglor or Ekkamai, and offer the condos on Booking agoda etc as i did in my last company.

is there any legal problem? i dnt need a work permit, because my idea is to keep my work and just being the revenue manager.

Does anybody have any experience here in Bangkok?

Thanks guys

As far as I know daily condo rentals are illegal under Thai law unless you have a hotel licence.

You may also find that the building regs prohibit you from running a business above the ground floor.

Why do you think that being the "revenue manager" would mean that you dont need a WP?
