Real estate agent in Korat/Isaan

Featured Replies

Hi. I'm looking to sell my house and I need a real estate agent/agency. Are there any good ones?

just get a for sale sign made in thai, pin it to your front gate.if your not on a mooban put one up on the nearest road like everyone else does.

Good advise meatboy, did just the same with my house in Bangkok, sold in less than 2 months, estate agents here are normally useless and charge for advertising upfront and do very little.

Try online .. ddproperty.com is free and it works .. sometimes.

This is the correct url for a successful broker in Buriram. I have met over a dozen people in person who have bought property through this firm and others who have successfully sold houses through this firm. They might not be the best broker for Korat, but are on the top of my list if I was to list a home for sale in Buriram Province. I spoke this week to a friend who lives in a small village near Krasang. He printed up a flyer with photos and placed them in all manner of restaurants in and near his location, and sold his 2 million baht home in less than two weeks to a local Thai citizen.
