Russia invaded Ukraine AFTER NATO made clear it intended to make Ukraine a member and AFTER the CIA backed "revolution" that saw a pro-Russian government toppled in favour of a course of seduction of the West. Ukraine had a boyfriend but wanted to jump into bed with a guy that looked like he had more money. An age old story. But he's not going marry her, is he? Russia did not need to "stoke nationalism in Ukraine", the decades of brutal neglect of the Donbass by Ukrainian governments managed to do that quite nicely. -
