The "something to delay orgasm" is dapoxetine, intended to be used for premature ejaculation. There is no combination of sildenafail and dapoxetine in one pill is not approved for use in Thailand, though both are approved for use separately.

Dapoxetine can have some unpleasant side effects (including nausea/vomiting). It is also not as quick acting as sildenafil, needs to be taken 1- 3 hours in advance.
