easyas Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 Where in Thailand can one buy either of these two, or one as the case may be ?
Gonsalviz Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 What the Thais call kale is actually collard greens. Not sure where the confusion comes from. Different laguage translatios? Kana is certainly collards. Been eating them all my life.
easyas Posted July 4, 2015 Author Posted July 4, 2015 You must be from the Confederacy ! I believe Collard Greens are the same as Kale. As far as I know, Kale is called Collard Greens only in the Southern States of the USA - it's Kale everywhere else. Let me know if I've got that wrong !
