Angry Thai fishermen call for rules delay

poor buggers, being expected to fish legally and follow the rules, there goes all the extra profit having to be legal, much easier for them to be illegal and not give a sh*t about the future of fishing. These people are really pathetic low lifes, time they were made to follow the rules or be jailed and receive huge fines like any other country does to those breaking the laws.
