Hi, I was on 50 mcg Synthroid in Thailand i got Thyrosit 100mcg and

buy accident i did not noticed it is 50mcg more.

Any advice would be appreciated

Use a pill cutter and cut them in Half

Can get them in many pharmacies for about 160 Baht. I have one like this.

They only cost about 100 baht, buy one instead of almost cutting your fingers off, been there and done that!

Probably not but you should be getting blood tests on a regular basis and I would do so now to check levels and consult your doctor - if a good level he might keep you on that amount (which is actually quite normal for most) but expect you are older like me and may only require the 50 mcg.

Are you Irish by any chance , to be sure to be sure

About 500 THB at the Lifecare lab in Pattaya. T3 and T4. Only 250 THB if you only get T4.
