Nose surgery in Bangkok

Featured Replies

I want a bit of nose surgery. Can anyone recommend a surgeon? Below is a list of what seems to be the 4 most recommended noseologists on this forum. Any experiences or opinions on these?

BTW I'm Caucasian male and I think the surgery I want might be very uncommon, as I haven't found anything online about it. I want to reduce the size of the cartilage under my septum, between the nose and upper lip. It sticks out more than usual, so where most people have a sort of right angle between the bottom of their nose and upper lip, mine is on more of a obtuse slope. I think it makes me look like a rat.

Dr. Greechart at Yanhee (someone posted that he's not doing noses anymore?)
Dr. Preecha at PAI (expensive)

Dr. Amron at Bumrungrad (expensive)
Dr. Somyos at Yoskarn

Feedback on the first three has always been good. I don't know if Dr. Greechart has stopped doing noses but you can easily find out from Yanhee, just go to their website and email.

In cosmetic surgery, you pretty much get what you pay for and from what you describe it would be important to have a surgeon with a wide range of experience working on farang noses. The type of nose procedures usually done on Thais is quite different from what you need.

A Dr friend was in charge of a child who was expected to die because of a head injury, he told me he didn't kniw what to tell the parents because the Dr on night shift (feeling sorry for the parents) told them he was improving. Maybe some people have good experiences here, but I would not trust a Dr, a dentist a painter a a/c "engineer" here. get it done where there are laws to protect you
