What kind of fish is this ?

Some kind of ugly catfish. would be easier to identify with a side profile

Could be a Goonch Catfish, definitely a Catfish of some description, neither are good pics for ID purposes though. There are literally 100 s of species of Catfish, many of which live in SE Asia so unless someone reads this post who regularly catches this type Id be surprised if you get a positive ID....
