Anyone know where the local Amphoe office is for marriages, etc, etc?

Someone told me it's on the bypass road, though I thought it was near the police station. But apparently, I've been told that for what I need, it's the bypass one, but not entirely sure where that is....

From Hua Hin town centre take the Pala-U road east until you reach the by-pass flyover. Turn left onto the by-pass (Highway 4) and drive south approx 8 kms until on the left hand side you see a typical government office building setback from the highway about 100 metres. This is the Tessabahn Hua Hin legal department.

Two months ago I registered my Thai marriage at the office near the police station.

yeah I'm not sure why I can't do it at the one near the police station, but the lawyer said it's the one on the bypass road...
