Even IF they introduce something along those lines, it wouldn't just happen tomorrow. They would have to give plenty of notice to all teams like they did with introducing FFP, otherwise there would be a rebellion.

What. You think UEFA could just introduce a law at the drop of a hat, that would cost most clubs millions of pounds. RM, United, Barca, City, Chelsea, PSG etc would really take that lying down.
