Hi All,

Has anyone any info regarding the 'Land & House' estates in Khon Kaen or Udon Thani. I've been told the estates are good (as in security / facilities etc..) but that the house build quality is poor.

Does anybody have any experience with this company??

I can vouch for Land & Houses in Bangkok.The quality of the houses is better than most of the big names.Security is tight and all together a well run business.They also have their own bank which helps matters.

Thanks Skyline, I've been getting good reports so far.

Their large development on Phuket has been going now for some 9 years and has, so I believe, one more to go before being completed.

The houses are nothing really special, built to Thai standards and somewhat overpriced...You could probably build an identical house for half the price and get it completed exactly how you wish. However, the security and facilities are impressive and for many I guess, that goes a long way.
