Dont worry, NKP is a small town where it is easy to find most things. Probably not enough demand for mbike rental business here but hotels and/or mbike sales shop will Im sure arrange it for you.

how about Phra That Phanom and Phra That Maruka Nakhon, it is very far away, i think that i will use motor bike to complete the journey...
and other questions..
how about NKP to Ubon Ratchathani(Phra That Chedi Si Maha Pho), any schedule?

Look at your bus schedule....If you are coming from Bangkok it is closer to That Phanom 11hrs on 27 bus than 13 hrs on 26 bus to NKP. Ubon is even closer to BKK. You can get buses wherever you want to go. If you rent a motorbike you must return it to the shop you rent it from.
