Weight gain/protein powder/shakes plus bench press bar in Roi Et?

Hey all,

Anyone know where I can get some decent weight gain protein powder from Roi Et?

My usual stuff in the UK is mutant mass, I am after mass/weight gain aswell as the protein you see. Also, I am after a single bar for bench presses non olympic size... I saw on in Robinsons but it was well over priced and not a straight bar so not ideal. I am after like the below image with enough space to bang 60kg on, cheers

Cheers guys, ended up getting some good protein shake from a local pharmacy, didnt relise they sold it...

Still after the bar though but might check see if lazada have any,
