Cotton fabrics shop

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am looking for a shop where to buy a good quality cotton fabric to cover sopha and armchairs.

Already been at Jim Thompson, but unfortunately did not find the color and pattern that we are looking for.

Any other shop with good inventory and good quality to suggest me ?

Many thanks

Federico

Do not believe such is sold retail - at least not at normal locations. Here in Bangkok you would go to a furniture shop that makes/sells such furniture and contract with them - they would have books of material that they can order and people who can make so you select what you want.

I know of a great shop in Phuket town. Good selection of indoor and outdoor materials for furniture. From basic stuff to expensive imported materials. They have quick turn around for recovering.

Dont let the look of the store get in the way of the work. They are very good and used them for many jobs.

Is that the upholstery place opposite Phuket Thai Hua School ? Not really clear from your post.

On Bangkok rd. Just after the slaughterhouse intersection, opposite that empty land used for the bird singing contests.

Many thanks, hansgruber :-)

In fact I think that lopburi3 is right, difficult to find a fabric retail seller, better to look for a furniture shop.

I went this morning to Island Furniture and they have very good material.

Tomorrow I'll try your address.
