Thaksin says reconciliation must stem from justice
The Nation

BANGKOK: -- Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra has posted message on his Instagram wall that reconciliation must stem from "mind of justice".

He posted the message at 11:55 pm Bangkok time on his "thaksinlive" Instagram wall.

He added that fashion trend this year has red as the main colour.

He said he feared to be out of the trend so he has bought red shirts from Franconnable and Billionaire.

Red-shirt leaders from northern provinces have urged red-shirt people to wear red on Sunday to show solidarity with former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra who is facing a trial in the Supreme Court over criminal charges related to the rice-pledging scheme.

Didn't go much on his brand of justice myself or his idea of wealth distribution either.

The whole post made by Thaksin is aimed at creating fresh trouble

.For all of its faults under the current administration life has been far more peaceful and protest free.

But what the paymaster really means by sense of justice is that there is a blanket proclamation of 'never mind' and we reset the clock to day 1.

You might be a little bit right. It kind of makes me wonder who started the whole protest thing off.

Oh. Sorry.

Still, look on the bright side; the rubber planters who supported Thailand's real problem so he became Thailand's biggest problem don't seem that happy with the results of their handiwork right about now... it's quite poetic in a way.

Well Thaksin can always return to Thailand and look justice in the face as he does his 2 year outstanding jail sentence and face the other 15 outstanding charges.

However I suspect that may not be the kind of justice he is looking at.

Probably right. We should not forget that Thaksin was amaat, his problem was always and only that he became too popular. His instinct was always on the side of the privileged., so naturally he tried to do what thew amaat has always done - look after himself in the time-honoured Thai way.

He probably shouldn't have pissed off Prem though, these people hold grudges.

Someone other than brave students need to remind people that this country is in a depressing, undemocratic, Totalitarian mess right now, so good on him.

I agree with your first part, the only problem being that the people who should be speaking out are too scared of being "adjusted" or arrested for sedition or worse. As well as being a convicted criminal, Thaksin is too divisive to be the inspirational voice of reason needed to mobilize bi-partisan public action.

Thaksin says reconciliation and fairness could be derived from heart of justice

BANGKOK: -- Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra today posted on his Instagram "thaksinlive" saying reconciliation and fairness must come with heart of justice.

He began by making observation of this year’s fashion trend saying that brand name clothes this year are mostly in red colour, although winter is approaching.

Therefore, he said, he was forced to grab red colour clothes from “Fanconnable,” and “Billionaire” so that he would not miss this year’s red as big colour trend.

But he said his red clothes have slight mixture of yellow colour.

He then said reconciliation and fairness could be derived only from “heart of justice.”

Interesting to see how the man flaunts his wealth while his supporters live on 10% of what he pays for a Tshirt or a pair of pants..

Wonderful to be able to rub the noses of your supporters into the dirt isn't it!!

How many times has Thaksin promised and sworn he would not get involved in Thai politics anymore? Yeah, right... So what does that make him, on top of being a compulsive liar? How long will he further be allowed to play his evil, egomaniac games? Should he really have to wait until Kharma punishes him?

Justice suppose to be equal to all, but according to Mr T. some people's justice are more equal than others,

and fair?? fair is where pigs gets ribbons, and Mr T is the last person on earth to bemoan the lack or

fairness and justice when it comes to him, show Thailand how justice and fairness works on you, so they

can all emulate you...

That Thaksin guy can't even read the name of the brand on the clothes he buys: it's 'Façonnable', you dummy, not 'Fanconnable', typical 'nouveau riche', money can't buy you class... LOL

He probably meant the same justice he gave out to drug users while he was in power. "READY,AIM, FIRE"

Karma. Rightio.

News for you my friend. Everyone is a liar, Thaksin, you, me.

Being selective in condemning liars isn't really very useful.

Remain calm.

fair is handing a lunch box to the judges? don't think he really knows the meaning of justice when his "war on drugs" which left more than 2000 "drug dealers" dead. Better that Mr. T keep his mouth shut and live peacefully abroad.

Imagine if the 2000 lives lost was under the DEM or General, how many people would cry murderer?

Do you lie all the time? Have your lies been destructive, and expensive, for all Thailand? Don't think so, my little ones never damaged anybody's life for sure...

Two wrongs don't make one right, isn't it? But anyway and whatever, you will always come up for Thaksin, Yingluck, the Shins and their following of crooks, bullies and terrorists, strongly denying any wrongdoing on their side...

Flaunting his wealth by posting photos of clothes in a department store.

So if that was you in the photo would you also be flaunting your wealth. No, you would be window shopping.

This from the man who told everyone he didn't want anything else to do with politics in Thailand and is hiding abroad instead of coming back to face charges for his own justice.

He could have been guaranteed a more-than-fair trial when Yingluck and the red thugs were around but he didn't. That is pretty clear evidence to me that he knows he is guilty. The amnesty disgrace just confirmed it. I wonder what interpretation of 'justice' that came under.

The man is a blatant and shameless liar. Anyone who takes what he says seriously are either gullible idiots or admire him for how much he managed to steal with his corruption. I don't have time for either type.
