Bus Crash in Laos

Featured Replies

Has anyone heard anything about a bus accident in Laos? A relative of mine was on the bus and has been transported to a hospital in Thailand. I'm trying to determine which hospital he's in. Apparently it was the Pakse - Vientiane overnight bus and the driver fell asleep. At least two fatalities and a lot more injured.

Hello,

A friend of mine was on that bus, she was transferred to the Bangkok Hospital in Udon Thani. I hope your relative is ok and this information was helpful.

My friend who was also in the crash Said they were taken to a hospital in Thailand. Two people were killed in the accident. One korean female and one french male.

I hope your friends recover. A good reminder to never use night buses in this part of the world. Just not worth the risk.
